Grounded in research from the Foundation for Social Connection and supported by the Southern Gerontological Society\, this interactive experience moves beyond traditional programs to focus on building meaningful relationships and sustainable community networks. \nParticipants will explore practical tools to map community assets\, identify gaps\, and develop actionable strategies that foster belonging and connection across the lifespan. Attendees will leave with real-world solutions they can implement immediately to strengthen collaboration and improve well-being in their communities. \nLunch is included.
