The Opportunity:
The Network and Partnerships Program Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the operational execution and management of social connection programs under the guidance of the Implementation and Innovation Manager. This position is integral to our team, directly contributing to the efficient planning, execution, and scaling of program initiatives. The Associate will focus on streamlining project workflows, optimizing program operations, managing budgets, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with responsibilities spanning project management, partnership coordination, budget tracking, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
Program Design and Implementation
Assist in designing and deploying Foundation programs with partners and team members
Support project management activities, including maintaining work plans, tracking progress, organizing meetings, and providing updates to stakeholders
Develop project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
Strategic Alignment and Evaluation
Ensure program operations and goals align with F4SC’s strategic vision and objectives
Monitor and evaluate program progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Support program data management and evaluation using quantitative and qualitative methods
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Management
Engage with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, business leaders, and policymakers
Facilitate cross-disciplinary conversations and build relationships to support program goals
Assist in organizing community outreach, mobilization, and capacity-building initiatives
Operational Excellence and Process Improvement
Develop and implement strategies to improve cross-team productivity and optimize organization resources
Create and maintain standard operating procedures and standard operating templates
Support the implementation of new policies and practices across the organization
Track the progress and impact of operational plans and make adjustments as needed
Project Management and Coordination
Lead calls, set agendas, and facilitate feedback sessions to progress projects efficiently
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables
Ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, Master’s degree preferred.
Two or more years of program management experience in an operational environment, including demonstrated experience successfully implementing programs and executing partner deliverables.
Strong writing and communication skills, including communication with various stakeholders (e.g., community leaders, researchers, government agencies).
Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures, supporting the implementation of new policies and practices across an organization.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana and CRM familiarity.
Experience leading calls, setting agendas, and facilitating feedback sessions to progress projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience working with diverse populations.
