Chris Joseph

Co-founder, Thyrd Space

Chris Joseph is a singer-songwriter, community curator, and social worker in training whose work lives at the intersection of art, healing, and connection. As cofounder of Thyrd Space, he hosts intimate salon gatherings that blend conversation, culture, and creativity to foster belonging across diverse communities. A graduate student in social work at Arizona State University, Chris brings experience from the Obama Foundation’s My Brother’s Keeper initiative, event hosting, and music performance—including his recently released EP, Flamboyance, which celebrates queer joy and self-expression. Whether on stage or in a circle of chairs, Chris creates spaces where stories are shared, ideas take root, and human connection flourishes.
