Jen Lipsey is the Chief Growth Officer at Sunny, a mission-driven nonprofit pioneering solutions to reduce loneliness, foster meaningful connection, and help workplaces strengthen culture, engagement, and performance. At Sunny, she leads the organization’s growth strategy—bridging product innovation, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives—to expand access to science-backed tools that help individuals and organizations recharge their Social Battery™, strengthen relational energy, and design more connected workplaces.
Jen brings deep experience scaling purpose-driven organizations at the intersection of employee well-being, social connectedness, and organizational performance. She is passionate about translating emerging science—including Sunny’s research on relational energy, workplace loneliness, and social architecture—into practical solutions that improve workplace culture and human thriving.
At the 2025 Social Connection Conference, Jen will share Sunny’s perspective on why connection is critical infrastructure for resilience and performance. She will highlight how leaders and communities can intentionally design for social energy—turning everyday interactions into powerful moments of vitality, trust, and belonging.
