Meg Enthoven

San Francisco, CA

Meg is a researcher and designer passionate about helping people build more meaningful social connections through human-centered design. Her interest in this space began during her undergraduate years at Stanford, where she founded The Social Project, an initiative aimed at fostering deeper connections among students. As part of this work, she directed $250,000 in university funding to support a wide range of events—from intimate dorm gatherings to large, campus-wide experiences—all designed to strengthen student relationships and belonging.

Since then, Meg has continued to explore the intersection of design and connection, serving as a consultant for companies like Sunny, which focuses on building community in the workplace. She is also the founder of Frisbee Friendship Co., a research-based project that blends mixed method research with product creation. Through this initiative, she publishes reports and creates imaginative tools that help people make and maintain stronger friendships.

Outside of her research, Meg is known for her enthusiasm for hosting. She loves planning dinner parties, dreaming up elaborate event ideas, and discovering unexpected ways to bring people together. Whether she’s designing a conversation game, organizing a themed gathering, or reading up on friendship, her work centers on the belief that thoughtful design can help people feel more known and more connected.

Meg is currently based in San Francisco, where she continues to explore how design, intentionality, and a bit of magic can support better relationships in everyday life.
