Morgan Marler

Innovation and Implementation Program Manager

Morgan Marler (she/her) serves as the Program Innovation and Implementation Manager at the Foundation for Social Connection. With a decade of professional experience, Morgan has dedicated her career to creating spaces and systems that promote inclusion and belonging. She has worked in education, policy, advocacy, and non-profit sectors across the United States as well as Nicaragua and South America.

 

In her previous role as Director of Stakeholder Engagement at CityBridge Education in Washington, D.C., Morgan successfully developed and launched strategies that engaged and strengthened the DC education ecosystem while also cultivating key relationships with stakeholders. She has led organization-wide diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies. Morgan holds a Master of Education in Education Policy from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities for Teaching and Political Science from Seattle University. She has also pursued certifications and foundational courses in racial equity, conscious leadership, somatic experience, and data analytics.
