Ray Quintero is a Managing Partner at Healthsperien, LLC, with nearly two decades in health care public policy, legislative, regulatory, grassroots advocacy, communications and political experience. As Managing Partner, Ray leads a team of mission-based policy experts focused on the transformation of systems of care for the most vulnerable among us. These professionals specialize in developing in-depth legislative and regulatory policy strategies, analyses, and strategic advocacy and communications for a wide-range of health care organizations, including national health plans, professional provider associations, life science companies, issue-based coalitions, and not-for-profit providers.
Ray has a special emphasis on addressing issues supporting physicians and providers, care in the home (home-based primary care & hospital at home), mental & behavioral health, and value-based care. His work focuses on developing policy solutions, advocacy strategies, as well as guiding clients in developing, implementing, and improving alternative payment models.
A native of Arizona, Ray received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona, where he served as Student Body President and on the Arizona Alumni Association Board.
