Sorting tools can be particularly useful for numerical categories. (By default, the inventory is sorted alphabetically.) For example, if you want to easily see which tools have 10 or less questions:
Click on “Sorted by 1 field.”
Select “Number of Questions” and “A → Z.”
Drag the sort above “Name A → Z.”
