Executive Director, Journeymen Triangle
Jordan Bowman is a mentor, facilitator, and the Executive Director of Journeymen Triangle, a nonprofit organization helping boys build emotional maturity, resilience, and community through rites of passage and group mentoring.
Jordan’s passion for combating loneliness and fostering belonging extends beyond youth work. He co-designed the Connection Bench, an award-winning piece of public infrastructure created to spark meaningful conversations between strangers and deepen social ties. Through his leadership and design collaborations, Jordan brings human-centered connection practices into public spaces, classrooms, and communities.
Outside of Journeymen, Jordan collaborates with foundations, schools, and local governments to design leadership retreats, community storytelling initiatives, and civic engagement projects. His work centers around weaving collective wisdom, restoring belonging, and reimagining public spaces as catalysts for human connection.
