Laura Belazis is the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact at Meals on Wheels America and leads the Socialization and Safety portfolios within the organization. She previously served as a program and evaluation Director at DC Central Kitchen and The Campus Kitchens Project. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she focused on program evaluation, community-based public health and the social determinants of health. Beginning her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique, Laura has over 10 years of experience cultivating evidence-informed programs to advance social justice. She joined Meals on Wheels America in 2021.
