Vice President of Health Equity and Policy
Richardson currently serves as the Vice President of Health Equity and Policy at Morgan Health, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Washington, DC. Previously, she served as Professional Staff and Health Counsel for the US House of Representatives’ Committee on Ways and Means, Majority. There, she was the architect of the Committee’s racial and health equity initiatives.
During her career, she has gained health care expertise across academia and local, state, and federal levels of government. Since 2018 she has been a Professorial Lecturer of Health Policy and Management in the Milken School of Public Health at George Washington University. She was also previously a fellow with Columbia University’s Columbia World Projects.
Richardson was named a 2022 Trailblazer by TLAB an education not-for-profit organization based in Garden City, Michigan. In 2021, the National Minority Quality Forum awarded her with the Congressional Staff Leadership Award after recognizing her in 2020 as a “40 Under 40” Minority Leader in Health.
Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science from Howard University, a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and a law degree from the George Washington Law School. She also earned graduate certificates in International Human Rights Law and Sustainable Finance from the University of Oxford’s New College and University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership, respectively.
