Rev. Dr. Gary Gunderson is Professor at both the School of Medicine and School of Divinity at Wake Forest University. He serves as Vice President of FaithHealth for Atrium Wake Forest Health, responsible for a Division that includes counsellors, chaplains and varieties of community health workers and weavers focused on connecting the torn social fabric and safety nets in our troubled time. Author of seven books including Speak Life: Crafting Mercy in a Hard-Hearted Time and Deeply Woven Roots: Strengths of Congregations for the Health of Community. Married to Dr. Teresa Cutts, with four daughters and two grandsons.
