Senior Director, Global Well-Being at The Coca-Cola Company
Aaron is Senior Director, Global Well-Being at The Coca-Cola Company, reporting to the Global Head of Benefits and based at Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta. He is responsible for developing projects and initiatives to support a culture of well-being in partnership with global well-being networks and other partners within the People & Culture function around the world. He has strategic design and oversight responsibility for the suite of global well-being programs and benefits offered to support the well-being of all of Coca-Cola’s employees and their families globally.
In addition to his core responsibilities, Aaron is responsible for developing the company’s strategy and design for its global savings & investment plans and leave & time-off policies within the Global Benefits function, including establishing global minimum standards and design guidelines in partnership with the Global Head of Benefits.
Prior to 2018, Aaron was based in Tokyo, Japan serving as Senior Manager, Total Rewards for selected markets in the APAC region with a focus on Japan, Australia and New Zealand. He joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2012 after a 13-year career in actuarial retirement consulting with Towers Perrin (now WTW).
