Jordan Bowman believes we’re built for connection, not isolation. As a facilitator and community builder, he designs experiences that help people connect more deeply to themselves and each other, unlocking collective wisdom. His work spans nonprofits, schools, businesses, and civic groups—and led him to co-design the Connection Bench, an award-winning public installation that sparks conversation and belonging.
Jordan serves as Executive Director of Journeymen Triangle, a nonprofit asking “What is healthy masculinity?” and guiding boys toward integrity, resilience, and emotional maturity through intergenerational mentoring and Rites of Passage.
From mentoring youth to reimagining public spaces, Jordan weaves people together, restores belonging, and strengthens communities—shaping a culture with connection and compassion at its core.
