Rick Brush

Rick Brush is the founder of Transform Together, which helps communities, companies, investors, and teams collaborate across diverse places, disciplines, and perspectives to achieve better results. Previously, he served as CEO of Wellville, a 10-year national nonprofit partnering with five U.S. communities to strengthen the conditions and connections for long-term health and wellbeing. He also founded Collective Health, where he developed co-investment strategies such as the Health Impact Bond—a pay-for-success model that turns future health care cost savings into upfront collaborative investments in prevention. Earlier in his career, Rick held leadership roles at Cigna, Ford Motor Credit, Bank One, and KPMG, uniting unlikely partners—corporate leaders, public officials, community organizers, and academic experts—to break down silos, tackle big challenges, and deliver breakthroughs that grew businesses and strengthened communities.
