As Chief Program Officer, Chaplin develops and leads impactful programs and education services that fulfill the strategic vision of the institute. The Institute utilizes the Rockefeller Ethic to lead transformational change valuing diversity of opinion, practicing collaborative problem solving, and engaging in respectful dialogue.
Chaplin served most recently as director of the Governor’s Commission on National Service and Volunteerism, where she led the office through simultaneous federal and state transformation, launched the first statewide volunteer portal, and almost tripled the award of grant funds.
