Executive Fellow - Strategic Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives, City of Atlanta Mayor's Office

Dr. Shannon Jolly currently serves as a FUSE Executive Fellow for the Mayor’s Office of Policy in Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives. A proud Atlanta native and Triple Dawg from the University of Georgia, Shannon brings more than a decade of leadership in program development, change management, and strategic planning across sport, entertainment, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. He has led social impact strategies for USA Fencing and previously consulted with the NCAA Office of Inclusion, the Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena, and numerous professional and collegiate organizations. Beyond sport, he has managed over $6M in federally funded grants at the University of Georgia and Morehouse College, creating pathways in STEM for underrepresented students. In addition to his work with the City, he is also an adjunct professor at Georgia State University in the sport administration program.  With a passion for education, empowerment, and community building, Shannon continues to champion initiatives that expand access, foster belonging, and strengthen opportunities for underserved populations.
